Applicable Law and GDPR
German law applies, and we commit to the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). All servers operating our service are located in the European Union.
Collected Data
The service collects the following types of data:
- Personal information you provide in the scope of creating and managing your account. This includes your full legal name, postal and email address.

Data Retention
After closing an account, we delete your personal data after 30 days, unless there is a legal reason or requirement for keeping the data for a longer period. Account names are retained indefinitely in order to prevent impersonation.
Cookies
We use cookies only for identifying ongoing sessions. They are a technical requirement for operating the service. We do not use cookies for any other purposes, like user tracking.
Artificial Intelligence (AI)
We do not provide any integration of large language models (LLMs). Of course, you should feel free to use AI for writing as you see fit. Notice that other users with access to the same project have the technical ability to feed user content to AI systems. However, as a platform, we do not do that, and hence no user content or meta data enters LLMs and their training procedures through our service.
